TopCams.nl is a Dutch registered site that Claims to have Europe's number one live teen chat shows. The site looks great, with a slideshow of the sexy performers you'll find here on the homepage. They also guarantee that these are genuine teens and not older girls trying to pass themselves off as 18-19 year olds.

You don't really get to see very much until you register on Topcams.nl. You can try out the site for a week for just a few dollars (see above), which is probably the best way forward if you are new to the site. This gives you the chance to see if you like it without having to spend too much. It's also possible to access the site without joining if you have a mobile. Just pick up your mobile and follow the instructions on the homepage.

At the time of this review there were just 24 performers online out of a total of 70. All performers are female Euro-teens aged around 18-19. You can browse performers in a total of 18 categories including hairy girls, big breasts and striptease shows, though bear in mind that some of these will be empty or sparsely populated. If you're after something a little different this might not be the best place. That said, it's worth checking out because the girls are friendly are willing to oblige reasonable requests. Fans of young-looking chat room girls will love it here.

There are just a couple of chat room options to tell you about on Topcams.nl. In one-to-one premium chat you get to enjoy an uninterrupted, sexy chat session with the performer of your choice, where you get to direct the show. The performers are mostly responsive to your requests and if you like being in control you should get a real kick out of this. It's not the cheapest chat, bearing in mind that on top of your monthly subscription you'll be paying an additional per minute fee. The shows are good, but you should really check out one or two other sites before you settle here, as you may find chat rooms of a similar quality but without the high price tag quite readily. The slightly cheaper option is to go for the regular premium chat rooms, in which you may be joined by other members. It's still not that cheap, and if you like being in control you may find it difficult to compete for the performer's attention with everybody else. Again, you'll find some great groups chat cheaper elsewhere, so think carefully before settling here. 

The cam streaming quality on TopCams.nl compares well to most other sites like this. You would expect something fairly special for what you are charged for chat rooms. You'll need the Flash Player and Java plugins installed to get the video stream. In addition, you can toggle screen size from small to full screen, without loss of quality. In the unlikely event that you have any problems you can consult the FAQs page or contact customer support by email, who should be able to resolve the issue fairly promptly.  

Whilst there aren't any video features to speak of, there are plenty of picture galleries. Some of these contain hi res pics of performers in action. Others feature lower quality photos taken during the performers' live chat sessions. These aren't anywhere near as good, but there are plenty to view. The search tools on the site are very good. There's a quick search option as well as an advanced search, which is reached by clicking the tab labelled 'my settings' in which you can specify a range of criteria to pinpoint exactly what you're looking for. You might also be interested to read the performer blogs, but probably not.

In summary, TopCams.nl offers some basic chat rooms that are nonetheless pretty hot. The cams are great too and you'll find very little to complain about, although a few more performers online would have been nice. Nonetheless, these girls will make you sit up and beg for more.
