ExtasyCams provides a space for you to talk to attractive live models. You can watch them in a members chat room or take things a bit deeper in a private performance setting, paying with credit bundles. Search options may help you to find your ideal match, and you can opt to receive notifications when your favorite models log on. 

When we logged on, there were more than 200 models online. Whilst this offers some variety, it’s nowhere near the number of models we’ve seen on other cam sites. You can, however, browse the performances and see a small clip of what’s going on in the chat whilst you’re online.

Although the site offers small previews, you cannot actually enter any chats or view the model (in a reasonably sized window) until you pay for credit. You can purchase credits for as little as $10 and there are offers for free credits when you purchase particular bundles. However, these aren’t particularly cheap and whilst the site promotes its prices as $0.31 per minute, this is only really the case when you buy the biggest credit bundles.

So, what can you do aside from talk to models in the chat rooms? Very little, is the answer. You can search for models, based on those you’ve visited, favorited or blocked (why would you want to search for people you’ve blocked? We’ve no idea), or set up alerts. The alerts are a good idea, as you can receive emails (for free) when your favorite models log onto the site. You can also set up SMS notifications but these are somewhat expensive.

ExtasyCams.com feels like it’s in its infancy. There are not many models using the site, chat features are underdeveloped (the fact they’re advertising that some cams have sound is a bit worrying, we’d expect sound to be a foregone conclusion) and the site even asks members to vote on the features they’d like to see included. 

If you’re looking for more support, this isn’t well thought out either. The support tab breaks down your options as follows: lost password, lost username, lost credit, customer support. The last of these is simply a message box for you to contact their team. There’s no FAQ or live chat options to help you solve things.

Overall, Extasy Cams really needs work in order to compete with other sex cam sites. It’s falling behind in so many key areas, with a lack of models and features all round. It’s also not particularly cheap, so we find it fairly hard to recommend visiting. That said, it may develop further, so it could be one to watch out for in the future.
