There is quite a lot of variety in terms of age, appearance and ethnicity, so it shouldn't be much of a problem to find a hot chick to chat with. You can browse a limited range of categories to narrow down your search slightly (brunettes, blondes, white, 18+), but this doesn't really narrow it down too much.
There are a few chat options to consider on the site. In free chat there are no time restrictions, so you can stay as long as you like. This allows you to get a feel for a performer and ask questions before you proceed to private chat. It's not especially exciting, but it has its uses. In private chat you get to go one-to-one with the performer. The price of private chat is about average and the shows you get are pretty hot. There are a couple of other options that are cheaper.
