Our Review:

ICGuys is a worthy addition to a guy chat room genre that is far smaller than those devoted to female performers. Like its female counterpart, ICGirls.com, ICGuys gives you an easy to navigate site with a fair range of chat rooms and a variety of prices to match. As long as you're not expecting too many extra features then you shouldn't be disappointed. As with other guy cam sites, the main flaw is the lack of online performers.

Signing up costs nothing. This allows you to have a look around and spend some time checking out the chat rooms and chatting with performers. However, bear in mind that the video streaming is disabled until you purchase credit. You can also get extra discounts when you sign up by referring up to 20 friends to ICGirls.com. You then receive a bonus of 20% of what they spend. So, for every 100 credits they spend you receive 20 credits. 

There are quite a few performers registered on the site, around a couple of hundred at least. The problem is that there are often very few online at the same time. Sometimes you may be presented with less than 10 guys to choose from. Before you commit financially to the site, make sure that there are guys actually online when you are as numbers can be seriously depleted. You usually won't find more than around 30 online at any one time though. 

The performers are subdivided into 4 categories, although there isn't too much difference between them really. Muscle cam guys features buff performers. You can also check out the guys from CamWithHim.com here. The final two categories feature nude and non-nude guys. Suffice to say that most are fairly young, muscley white guys. The guys are usually pretty friendly and will answer any questions about services and prices before you go into private chat. The cam quality is very good and you shouldn't have any problems with streaming that will interfere with your enjoyment of the chat rooms. There aren't as many HD cams as on other sites, but in comparison to other guy cam sites this is one of the better ones in terms of technical specifications.

In addition to free chat there are a number of other chat types for which you have to purchase credit. Private chat is the cheaper of the two main options. It allows you to watch and interact with a performer and you get to see a lot more than in the free chat. However, you have to share the performer with other members. To get the performer to yourself you'll have to pay a little extra for VIP chat. That said, you'll find that prices differ a lot between performers. You'll be able to find VIP chat with one performer that is far cheaper than private chat with another. It all therefore depends upon shopping around. Price isn't necessarily a guarantee of quality either. You should check out some of the cheaper options first. Another possibility is voyeur chat, which is a cheap way of getting to see a VIP show. Be aware that you don't get to interact with the performer, nor do you get audio streaming. Plus, when the member ends the private chat you're immediately cut off. Another thing to bear in mind is that the performer may set a minimum spend limit, but you will be informed of this before accepting.

You can browse performers if there's nothing in particular you're searching for, If there's something specific you're looking for in a performer there's a search tool you can use to find exactly what you're after. You can also refine your searches so that they yield only online performers, those with movies and those with profile pictures. There are also performer profile pages where you can learn all about the guys. Here you can also find performer-uploaded pics and videos. Whilst you may find a few free-to-view pics on most profiles, don't expect anything too wild. Not many performers have free videos uploaded. However, if you join a fan club you can get access to exclusive pics and videos, which is worthwhile, but only if you are really into a performer. There is email support should you need it.   

On balance, ICGuys.com is let down by a lack of online performers. In what is a fairly uncrowded genre of chat rooms, it's surprising to find that nobody has taken advantage of the gaps in the market. ICGuys.com has the potential to do this, but until it boosts its firepower by getting more performers online this will continue to be a problem.
