Member at Chaturbate for over 10 years permanently banned!

My account was permanently banned after another user tried to get me to go offsite (which I refused on two separate occasions). I was trying to assist Chaturbate Support with concrete information regarding this user violating terms of service and they permanently ban me!!!
After having failed to reply to multiple requests to discuss the matter for nearly a month now Support have said they 'may not reply to emails in the future, and the ban is permanent'.
This is no way to conduct business and customer support. The ban on my account was entirely arbitrary and the manner in which they have conducted themselves since is deplorable.
I would advise everyone seeking adult entertainment to avoid Chaturbate at all costs unless they do something constructive about their appalling indiscriminate ban process and woeful support team. Not allowing the transgressor who interacted with me an account in the first place would have meant the problem would never have occurred to begin with.
I have been a member in good standing for over 10 years and have a substantial library of media that I have paid for IN GOOD FAITH that I am being denied access to by Chaturbate.
In summary, I would not recommend Chaturbate to a friend.

With nearly all other sex cam sites, you need to purchase credits in order to see any of the action, or indeed any of the models nude. Models lure you inside with promises of hardcore sex action (either solo or couples) and then once you've purchased credits and gone into private chat with a model, she strings you along and plays for time in order to use up as many of your credits as possible.
Chaturbate is different. On Chaturbate, you can see live hardcore sex action without paying (or even joining). Almost all of the models are nude from the start, many are playing with themselves, some are having sex or oral sex, etc. You can watch all of this before you even join! Chaturbate works on a tipping system - if you like what you see you can tip some money. This is optional!
With this business model, you can easily see why Chaturbate is the biggest sex cam site online!

Chaturbate is one of the few sex cam sites where you get to watch free sex shows for nothing! On all other sex cam sites, you have to pay to see the models topless, nevermind nude or having sex. On Chaturbate, the models are nude and having sex from the getgo, meaning you can get your rocks off for free! OK, so you'll still have to pay if you want to go for private 1-on-1 sex cam chat with a model and direct the action and get naked with her, etc., but, for the most part, the models on Chaturbate rely on tips. That means free sex shows for the rest of us! In that respect, Chaturbate is one of a kind and gets a big thumbs up from me!
In summary, I would recommend Chaturbate to a friend.

Overall I have had alot of fun on the site,recorded shows for some models,the variety of both couples and women are way better than other sites,but lately i've noticed a trend of performers setting a specific rate for pvts and then when you click to confirm the pvt, it says a totally different amount required for a pvt on some cases it goes from $20 for a pvt to $100 and there doesn't seem to be any regulation on that at all. I contacted the model first to let her know of the error on her pvt and she responded with "I set limits for pvt". She never really addressed the issue at all, you can set whatever amount or limit on your pvt that you want but you do have to let the customer know what you want for that pvt,not a changing amount. So I contacted customer service and they stated "that they can't interfere with a model's pvt amount on my behalf". I'm not asking for a change on the amount, just be upfront about what the actual amount is.For them to say that they're basically saying yeah the amount can be as deceptive as it is... Chaturbate is the best of them but this ridiculous amount of free user access is awful. It's unfair to the people paying the exhorbitant prices for tokens, and such. The ones who buy tokens are the users in "purple or blue" color...The majority of users are the grey users, the free users....who have 24/7 access to any chat room, any show that isn't a "private ticket show" or "group show' or "crazy ticken token show"..They can chat, ask question, create mayhem, post gifs, do anything literally a paying token purple or blue member can, not one iota of difference......unless the cb cammer is bright enough to set the bots up to block all grey user access to their inordinate amount of comments from the 10's of thougsands of them throughout the world.
When a model needs oir requires a certain total token price to start a show or disrobe, get to business, etc.....intense pressure placed just on the purple and blue token holding members....which quickly depletes supply and have to pay for more to continue and etc....gets so expensive....and mainly the reason is because the huge number of grey members never, ever, get asked, forced, requested, expected or hoped to...
